Mixed Feelings About My Stay

I found several issues that detracted from my experience. The rooftop pool was overcrowded. Securing a sun lounger felt impossible. It was always packed. the room had a musty odor. The stale smell was persistent, even after housekeeping visited. These issues.

the hotel only HAS one operator. i waited a lot and the operator forgot what i informed.
